Designed by an R/C modeler named LaMar Steen in 1970, the full-scale Skybolt became the most successful a 2-place homebuilt fully aerobatic biplane in the world. Over 450 Skybolts have been built and flown in the US, and another 200 or so in 29 other countries. It is larger and easier to handle than smaller biplanes, yet is capable of unlimited aerobatics. that the U.S. military used to train pilots during WWII.
It was derived from the civilian Beechcraft Bonanza.

Seagull Models Westland Lysander ARF
SEAGULL WESTLAND LYSANDERPRICE SHOWN INCLUDES A $125.00 SHIPPING SURCHARGE.
The Westland Lysander was a British army co-operation and liaison aircraft produced by Westland Aircraft and
was used immediately before and during the Second
World War. The first Lysanders entered service in June 1938,
equipping squadrons for army co-operation and were initially
used for message-dropping and artillery spotting. British
army co-operation aircraft were named after mythical or
historical military leaders; in this case the Spartan general
Lysander was chosen.
The New Seagull Westland Lysander 3000m has an accurate
scale outline with superb flying characteristics. It is made of
high quality balsa and plywood covered in genuine oracover
film, and has a detailed cockpit with a painted pilot figure
with an amazing matte finish. All necessary hardware are
included for either glow or electric power system.
As a suggestion, the engine size could be 33cc-55cc
gasoline 2 stroke or 40-60cc 4-stroke. It is also ideally suited
to the OS Saito 5 Cylinder Radial.
